As I rise from the rubble of my mind
I find its all an illusion that chains me down
for the Spirit rises around me undefined
and keeps me scurrying on the ground

As I let me perceptions fall to the floor
I realize I AM so damn much more
A pool of possibility unfathomably deep
Competence and Power thrumming through my feet

I AM expanded and filled with grace
with no hesitation I am read to leap
and to take the step into space
living life awake and not asleep
